Transportation Service
We are not a transportation company. This service is offered in conjunction with other specialized service(s), based on a plan of care. The Adventure Mental Health’ professional may use their own vehicle to assist their client as part of their duties when approved by the team management. A fee per mileage will be applied and mileage will be recorded for reimbursements.
Personal Assistance
Assistance with normal personal maintenance and household care activities at the direction of the client of services, his/her family member/guardian, in accordance with an established Plan of Care. Personal Assistance services include specified household chores, assistance with shopping appointments, or other errands essential to community integration. The purpose of personal assistance is to provide necessary support for people to meet their instrumental daily living needs and improve integration into the community.

Mentors
Training Services are activities intended to assist a client in acquiring, maintaining, or improving skills and/or knowledge. This training is intended to assist a recipient to achieve or maintain independence in the performance of routine, daily task. It is also intended to assist a client in accessing and utilizing community resources.

CPR First-Aid and AED Certification
AMH is a licensed training provider for the American Red Cross. We now have certified Red Cross instructors designated to train employees within our organization or non-staff members at selected times and dates.
